How we started
From frustration to a firm built differently
After years working at large accounting firms, and 18 years at the IRS, Isi Etuks saw the same problem over and over: small business owners were getting reactive, once-a-year tax service when what they really needed was a proactive partner who understood their business.
GrowthPath CPA was built to fill that gap. We combine the technical rigor of a large firm with the personal attention and accessibility of a trusted advisor. Every client gets a dedicated CPA — not a rotating team — who knows their business inside and out.
Today our primary clients are group home providers — residential care operators who face a uniquely complex mix of Medicaid billing, licensing requirements, and thin margins.
